Question 1

Does iNodes work on Mac and Windows?

Accepted Answer

Yes. iNodes runs on macOS and Windows with the same desktop app and engine. Install the package for your OS, then connect your DCC add-ons through the local engine.

Question 2

Which AI providers and models are available?

Accepted Answer

iNodes exposes a curated catalog of AI models inside Resolve, Blender and other supported hosts. The list is updated regularly — see all models for the current catalog.

Question 3

Do unused tokens roll over each month?

Accepted Answer

No. Subscription tokens are valid until the end of the billing period they come with and do not roll over. Token packs you buy are valid for 12 months, free tokens (welcome bonus, promo codes) for 90 days.

Question 4

Which tokens are used first, and how do I know when they expire?

Accepted Answer

Tokens that expire first are always used first. Your dashboard shows how many tokens expire next and when, and we email you about 30 days before purchased tokens expire.

Question 5

If I cancel my subscription but still have purchased tokens (or a remaining balance), do I lose them?

Accepted Answer

No. Purchased token packs stay on your account after you cancel and remain usable until they expire, 12 months after purchase. Subscription tokens last until the end of the period you already paid.

Question 6

What happens to my studio's tokens when our contract ends?

Accepted Answer

They are frozen, not lost: they cannot be used, and their 12-month validity keeps running. Renew before they expire and they are yours again. If iNodes ends the service without fault on your side, unused purchased tokens that are still valid are refunded pro rata.

Question 7

Is the subscription billed monthly or annually? Can I subscribe for just one month?

Accepted Answer

Plans are billed monthly. You can subscribe for a single month and cancel before the next renewal — there is no long-term commitment.

Question 8

Do I need to configure DaVinci Resolve?

Accepted Answer

Make sure that in Preferences > General, External scripting using is set to Local.

Question 9

iNodes is missing in my software, or models are locked in Flame. What do I do?

Accepted Answer

Quit the host completely. In the iNodes app, open Models, save a preset with the models you need, and click Apply while Resolve, Flame, Fusion, Nuke and Blender are closed. Relaunch the host afterwards. In Flame, models left out of the preset stay under iNodes Locked until you add them and apply again.
