iNodes -- End User License Agreement (EULA)

Version 1.1 -- 5 November 2026 (replaces version 1.0 of 12 October 2026)

Licensor: iNodes, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS), RCS Paris 106 035 603, 173 rue de Courcelles, 75017 Paris, France.

NOTICE TO USER: PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY INSTALLING OR USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

0. SCOPE

This agreement covers the iNodes desktop application and its embedded engine and user interface, the iNodes OFX plugin, and the iNodes host scripts (DaVinci Resolve, Fusion, Flame, Nuke, Houdini and other hosts), the iNodes model catalog (descriptor bundles) and the ComfyUI workflows that iNodes provides (together the "Software"). The iNodes Blender add-on is licensed separately under GPL-3.0-or-later and is not covered by the restrictions of section 2. Third-party components stay under their own licenses. Workflows and media that you create remain yours.

1. LICENSE GRANT

iNodes grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use this software ("Software") solely in conjunction with a valid iNodes account and the iNodes online services, for your personal or internal business purposes. The Software includes its updates, patches and new versions, which are governed by this agreement without a new acceptance.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

(a) copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software, except the delivery customization hooks that iNodes documents as editable;
(b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it notwithstanding this limitation (including Article L122-6-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code);
(c) redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, or transfer the Software to any third party;
(d) remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software;
(e) access the iNodes services through a client that iNodes does not provide, or redirect the Software to a service not operated by iNodes;
(f) extract, scrape, copy or reuse the model catalog or the workflows that iNodes provides outside the Software, or use them to build a competing product;
(g) circumvent or disable any sign-in, license, entitlement, signature or integrity check.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Software and all copies thereof are proprietary to iNodes and title thereto remains in iNodes, except the iNodes Blender add-on and the third-party components, which remain under their own licenses. All rights in the Software not specifically granted in this agreement are reserved to iNodes.

4. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS

Third-party open-source components included in the Software are licensed under their respective licenses, listed in the THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES file that ships with the component where one applies.

5. NO WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. INODES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL INODES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF INODES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. TERMINATION

This license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. iNodes may suspend or close the related account and may pursue any remedy available under applicable law. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

9. RELATED TERMS AND CONSUMERS

This agreement supplements the iNodes Terms of Use, Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy, available at https://inodes.ai/legal, which govern the iNodes account, the online services and payment. This agreement governs the installed Software. Nothing in this agreement limits the rights that mandatory law grants to consumers; sections 5 and 6 apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10. LANGUAGE

This agreement is written in English and in French. The French text prevails.

11. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

iNodes may change this agreement. Substantial changes are notified by email at least fifteen (15) days before they take effect; a new acceptance may then be requested. If you refuse them, you stop using the Software and may terminate your subscription. Other changes apply upon their publication on https://inodes.ai/legal.
